If rain and other debris are coming through your garage door, it is as easy as your garage door may not be sealed properly or may need new seals.

+ Insulated Door – Need or Not?

The answer is yes for a variety of reasons. An insulated door provides energy efficiencies, and reduces noise.

+ If Door Failure?

The leading causes of garage door failure and/or replacement include lack of maintenance and being hit by vehicles. A proper maintenance schedule for a door includes lubrication of the rollers, bearings, pulleys, and springs once a year; washing painted steel surfaces several times a year; painting or refinishing wood surfaces as necessary; and making proper adjustments to the counter balance system as necessary to maintain door balance. A properly balanced door should be able to be stopped mid–travel without drifting down or up when operated manually.

+ Can windows be added later?

Yes, Industrial Door and Dock is happy to add decorative glass windows after your overhead door has been installed. There is, however, an additional charge for windows, and their installation.

+ What is the warranty for a newly installed door?

The standard warranty for Industrial Door and Dock products is one year on materials and labor. Some of our products come with extended warranties, while others are protected by limited lifetime warranties.

+ When I replace my existing door, can I keep my old track?

We recommend replacing your track when you replace your door because each brand of garage door has been specially designed to work with a specific type of track. In addition, replacing your track is an inexpensive way to insure that your entire garage door system is as safe as possible. By replacing your track you also ensure that your door warranty will apply, in the event that you have a problem.
